Two Sides of the Same Trade
Twenty-five years in the trade, working out of Bexley. The business is Allan's, and the reviews tend to name him rather than the company — which is usually a sign the owner is still on the tools.
Most plasterers pick a lane. Either they chase commercial fitout work off a builder's programme, or they do domestic repairs and renovations. We do both, and the two sides make each other better. The commercial work keeps us sharp on systems, tolerances and paperwork. The residential work keeps us honest about finish quality, because a homeowner looks at that wall in afternoon light every day for the next decade.
What you get either way is the same: someone who turns up when they said, quotes in writing, protects the site, and leaves the surface properly prepared for whoever comes next.

The Standard on Every Job
Same four steps whether it is a single wall in Kogarah or a floor of office partitions in the city.
Check the base
Framing, moisture and existing surfaces get inspected before anything gets covered up. Most plastering problems start underneath.
Fix it properly
Boards, beads, joins and fixings installed to hold up long term, not to look right for the handover photo.
Finish the surface
Coats built up and sanded back until the join disappears, then checked again in the light that would have shown it up.
Leave it clean
Offcuts and dust cleared out, floor coverings lifted, and the room handed back usable rather than half-finished.
